U4 Mixed Program Details

  • 11 week season –  beginning week of May 26, 2025 (ends week of August 11)
  • Players born in 2021 & 2022
  • Mixed boys & girls
  • 5 v 5
  • 20 minute skills | 5 minute halftime | 20 minute scrimmage
  • $110 registration fee
  • Game Days & Locations:
    • Crestwood: Tuesdays (6:00 p.m.) OR  Saturday (9:30 a.m.)
    • Maple Leaf Park: Wednesdays (5:30 p.m.)
  • No games week of June 23-27
  • We do not require cleats for the U4 age group, however, shin guards are required.

Refund Policy

After April 1st but before the season begins, there is a $35.00 admin fee when refunding players. As the season starts, if you need a refund we will calculate a pro-rated amount based on the date and number of games left. We will not refund you for the cost of the uniform, bag or ball (U4-U6) – those are yours to keep.
