House League Sponsorship – World Cup Promotion

For the 2026 season, Maple Leaf Cavan FC is offering a special House League sponsorship promotion in recognition of the World Cup coming to Canada.

  • House League team sponsorship: $250 per team
  • Sponsor two (2) teams and receive one (1) additional team sponsorship at no charge
  • Total investment: $500 for three teams

This promotion is available for a limited time and subject to team availability.

Promotion valid for the 2026 House League season only. Team assignments subject to availability. Sponsorship recognition is consistent across all sponsored teams.

Without the support of sponsors our house league season would not be possible. This year we are looking for companies that are able to help support the Maple Leaf Cavan FC house league soccer season by sponsoring a team in any of our House League divisions from U3 to Mixed Adults.

Online Application

Application will be on external site (PowerUp Sports).  A free account will be required prior to submitting application. Visit the website, sign up then, when in your account, click on the green Sponsorship link to start application process.

Team Sponsorship Package - $250

  • Team jerseys printed with your logo or business name
  • Your company logo placed on sponsor banner at fields
  • Your company logo placed on club’s website
  • Internal promotion for local sponsor support
  • Automatic inclusion in all club tenders
  • Regular mention in local media & on social media
  • Team sponsorship plaque
